The rules and conditions that govern your use of the Finali platform and our services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Finali. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Finali ("we", "our", "us"), governing your access to and use of finali.ng.
By registering, browsing, or placing any order, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
Finali is an academic project assistance platform serving Nigerian and African university and polytechnic students. Our services include:
Finali provides academic assistance and research support. Delivered content is intended as a reference, guide, and learning aid. Users are solely responsible for how they use delivered content in accordance with their institution's academic integrity policies.
To use Finali you must register with accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts containing false information or that we reasonably believe have been compromised or misused.
Placing an order — submit your project details via the order form. We review and send a custom quote. Your order is confirmed only once you accept the quote and pay from your wallet.
Pricing — all prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦). Prices are quoted per project based on complexity, academic level, and deadline. Confirmed, paid orders are not affected by subsequent pricing changes.
Wallet — you must fund your Finali wallet before paying for an order. Wallet top-ups are processed via Paystack. Your wallet balance is non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn to a bank account.
Refunds — refunds are issued in the following circumstances:
All refunds are credited to your Finali wallet. We do not refund to cards or bank accounts. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Wallet top-ups are final. Once funds are loaded, they cannot be refunded to your original payment method. Please only top up amounts you intend to spend on the platform.
Timelines — express orders are delivered within 24 hours. Standard orders take 3–5 business days. Complex postgraduate projects may take 5–7 business days. Delivery begins from confirmed payment, not order submission.
Delays caused by your failure to provide required information (department details, uploaded files, clarifications) do not count against our delivery timeline.
Revisions — revisions must:
Pro and Masters/PhD orders include unlimited revisions within scope. Standard orders include up to 3 revision rounds at no extra charge.
You agree to use Finali only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
Platform — the Finali platform, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by Finali and protected under Nigerian and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
Delivered content — upon full payment and delivery, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use the delivered project content for your personal academic purposes. Ownership of the underlying intellectual property remains with Finali unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Your uploads — files and documents you upload remain yours. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to use them solely to fulfil your order.
We treat your project with strict confidentiality. We do not share your project topic, personal details, or delivered content with other users or third parties beyond what is necessary to fulfil your order.
We do not resell, reuse, or republish content we create for you. Every project is written exclusively for the ordering user.
For Masters and PhD orders, a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is available on request. Contact us before placing your order to arrange this.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Finali shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform — including academic penalties, plagiarism findings, or decisions by your institution.
Finali provides academic assistance. We do not guarantee that any project will be accepted, graded, or approved by your institution. All academic decisions rest solely with your institution.
Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@finali.ng. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of your wallet balance unless you have a valid refund claim under Section 4.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if:
Sections on Intellectual Property, Confidentiality, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. For users based in Nigeria, any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
If you access Finali from outside Nigeria, you also agree to comply with your local laws. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
We encourage informal resolution before any legal proceedings. Please contact us first at support@finali.ng.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email or via a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect.
Your continued use of Finali after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree, you may close your account before changes take effect.
