This Privacy Policy explains how Finali ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects information about you when you use our platform at finali.ng. By creating an account or using Finali, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Order information — your project topic, department, academic level, deadline, and any files or documents you upload when placing an order.
Payment information — wallet transaction records including top-up amounts, balances, and payment references. We do not store raw card numbers — all card processing is handled by Paystack.
Communications — messages sent through supervisor chat, support channels, or email.
Usage data — automatically collected data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, device type, and session duration.

Finali operates a wallet system. You fund your wallet via Paystack (card, bank transfer, or USSD), and order payments are deducted from your wallet balance.
We store your wallet balance and transaction history. We do not store your card number, CVV, or bank PIN — these are handled exclusively by Paystack under their PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
Refunds are credited to your Finali wallet. Wallet funds cannot currently be withdrawn to a bank account.

Finali is intended for university and polytechnic students aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16.
